Eyes
We see, in our lives, many things every day.
Food for our soul, peace of mind, I would say.
The moon, the stars, that shine in the sky,
the smell of a flower that by walking we try,
the smile of a child, sometimes talking to us
purifying our hearts, washing out all our flaws,
a walk by the beach with our love, hand in hand,
bringing emotions that we don't understand,
a sunrise, every morning, that like greeting the night
will promise new hope, a new future, always bright...
A sunset with the sun "melting" down in the sea
a joyful experience that I carry with me...
The prairie, the forest, the rivers and the trees
protecting the birds, showing out their hollies
the sources are endless, I could go on and on
expressing my thoughts from the dusk until dawn...
these things are like gifts that beauty supplies
but nothing, compared to the glare of your eyes.
